Wade Ritchie

Wade is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. He received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. During his time at UW-Platteville he excelled as a Varsity Track and Field Athlete. Wade is Trigger Point certified, Functional Movement Screen certified and TRX certified. His passion for athletic and physical performance has been a driving factor in his life. Wade is committed to helping individuals reach their health and fitness potential through personalized fitness programs and customized coaching that balances the demands of life and fitness.

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: I became a personal trainer to help change people’s lives by utilizing my passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle. I truly believe a person who is fit lives a more fulfilling life.

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: I had the pleasure of training a client who lost a total of over 100 pounds over the course of 3 years and really altered his life in a huge way. His transformation was amazing to be a part of.

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: I climbed a 14,000 ft mountain and biked 65 miles the next day.

Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: Orange Shoe is the perfect environment to capture an energetic and motivating atmosphere where clients and trainers can work very hard to achieve goals and still have fun in the process.

Steven Sobolewski

BS Kinesiology, NASM | Fitness Professional

Steven is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He received his Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Steven was a high school wrestler and golfer while also participating in weight lifting. Weight lifting became one of his favorite activities to challenge him self and increase his fitness level to a higher level. With his love for weight lifting and his experiences in and out of the gym Steven’s goal is to help others accomplish their fitness goals any way he can.

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: I loved weight lifting and I wanted others to enjoy the gym as well.

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: I was able to work with a self conscious young man that had similar weight problems as I did when I was younger. We were able to not only help his weight problem but also increase his self esteem!

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: Transforming my body from what I was when I was younger to what I am now.

Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: Orange Shoe is a gym for the clients and their goals/needs. It is a gym of no judgement and fun! Orange Shoe is why I wanted to become a personal trainer!

Dominic Pisciotti

Dominic Pisciotti graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Human Performance, and Recreation. While attending UW-Whitewater, Dom played with the men’s soccer team and made it to the NCAA Tournament in 2014. Dom’s passion for fitness began at a young age, excelling in the sport of soccer playing from the youth level through high school. Dom was the Head Junior Varsity Coach for boys soccer team at Whitewater High School during his last year of college. After graduating he coached at Beyond the Edge Hockey Development in Lake Bluff, IL, training hockey athletes in off-ice strength and conditioning, as well as, speed and agility. His most recent job was in Chicago, IL at Coop Gym, where he instructed group training classes as well as one-on-one training. Dom is committed to fitness and understands the focus and hard work it takes to accomplish goals. Dom enjoys meeting new people, loves helping others accomplish their fitness goals and to make a difference in someones life.

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: I became a personal trainer because I enjoy helping and educating people on the well-being of their bodies and the benefits of exercise.

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: One of my favorite client experience is witnesses one of my clients find out he is getting Division 1 offers for hockey.

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: Running a mile in 5 minutes and 28 seconds for one of my fitness tests for making the soccer team at Whitewater University.

A: I love Orange Shoe because we focus on the clients needs and form great relationships with them.
